Our Story
I am the Chief Executive Officer of Chicago Flavas, an Illinois-based wholesale food supplier, private label ingredient manufacturer, and institutional catering contractor serving government and commercial partners.
In January 2026, Chicago Flavas was awarded a contract with the Illinois Department of Corrections, in addition to securing a purchase contract with the Illinois Department of Human Services. These awards reflect our proven capacity to manage high-volume food supply, structured meal programs, and performance-driven service operations at the state level.
Under my leadership, Chicago Flavas has evolved from a culinary brand into a scalable institutional food enterprise. We operate as both a main ingredient supplier and managed food service provider, delivering wholesale distribution, branded sauces, seasonings, and cooking oils, along with large-scale catering and contract food operations.
My focus is on building disciplined infrastructure, sustainable growth systems, and long-term public and private sector partnerships. We prioritize operational readiness, supplier diversity participation, compliance alignment, and consistent execution across every engagement.
As we continue to scale, our goal is to expand institutional supply capacity, strengthen prime and subcontract partnerships, and contribute to economic growth within the communities we serve.
